Withdrawal of Signatures

Under California state law, “any voter may withdraw his or her signature from the recall petition upon filing a written request with the appropriate elections official…” (§§103, 11303)

For anyone who has signed or thinks he/she has signed the petition and wants to withdraw his/her name from the petition, send a letter to the San Jose City Clerk’s Office and ask the City Clerk Lee Price to take your name off the petition.
